FYMC Trend Tracker ("we," "us," "the Service") is operated by Fuck You Money Capital. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Account data: Email address, display name or username, authentication provider (Google or email/password). Collected at signup via Firebase Authentication.

Subscription data: Subscription status, billing cycle, membership tier. Payment card details are processed and stored exclusively by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Waitlist data: Queue position, referral source, signup date.

Usage data: We do not use third-party analytics trackers. No cookies are set by our application.

Local storage: Your browser stores theme preference, free preview session state, and referral codes locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

To create and manage your account and subscription. To process payments via Stripe. To manage the waitlist and referral system. To communicate with you about your account or service updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Firebase (Google Cloud): Authentication and database hosting. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers in the United States. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to user data is restricted to authorized administrators.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

FYMC Trend Tracker is currently available to users in the United States and Canada only.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your Firebase Authentication record, Firestore user data, and waitlist entry will be removed. Active subscriptions will be canceled via Stripe.

DATA RETENTION

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days for reactivation purposes, then deleted. Stripe retains payment records per their own retention policy for legal and compliance purposes.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
